Birds of Kaeng Krachan: Greater Yellownape

Here is a Greater Yellownape (Picus flavinucha). There were 3 Thai bird photographers next to me photographing this bird. I felt utterly ridiculous with my tiny camera and lens as these guys had massive 600mm lenses (the kind of lenses that Rambo would use if he was into photography)! I’m not pleased with how these photos turned out, but still wanted to share them with you because the bird itself is very beautiful.
