Call of the Gibbons

A few hours into the jungle trek we climbed up this massive hill /rock. Even though it required a great deal of effort, it was totally worth it. The views on top were spectacular. I could look in any direction and all I saw was the jungle and mountains as far as the eye can see. It’s an amazing feeling to be standing there, seeing movement in the jungle canopy here and there and hearing the animals making all kinds of sounds, the call of the gibbons being the most memorable..
