Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall

Sorry for the lack of updates lately. I have been vacationing since the beginning of this month on 3 different islands here in Thailand.

I went to Dusit Zoo this day and visited the Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall afterwards as it was just across the street. This used to be a reception hall within Dusit Palace, but now serves as a museum and is from time to time employed for certain state occasions. This Italian Renaissance and Neo Classic style building was commissioned to the architects Mario Tamagno and Annibale Rigotti. At the time I visited this place the sun was at the perfect altitude to create the optimal lighting for these shots.
