Tanah Lot

Tanah Lot is a pilgrimage temple that sits on a large offshore rock which has been shaped continuously over the years by the ocean tide. The most unique thing about this temple is that during high tide, the rock and the temple become surrounded by seawater. It’s an extremely scenic spot, although the number of tourists visiting the temple does decrease its charm.
