Horrorfeast live at Virgin Oil Co.

I had a good chance to put my new 50mm f/1.8 lens into action when I went to shoot 3 gigs at Virgin Oil Co. The first band was Horrofeast that plays horror punk. The new lens helped quite a bit, but I still had to struggle with my old DSLR’s dreadful viewfinder. It’s frustrating to miss good shots because you don’t see where you are focusing clearly.  Nowadays I have the a77 and it seems great! Shooting live gigs is always a big challenge and therefore any successful shots feel quite rewarding.
